Adding squats is beneficial to your exercise regime because it helps build your leg muscles (including your quadriceps, hamstrings and calves).

I actually googled “What are the benefits of doing a squat?”.
Now that I know what the benefits are, I am not interested.
I try to avoid exercise as much as possible.
Exercising can lead to excessive exercising,
which can lead to taking up disciplines like yoga.
Taking up yoga can lead to drinking kale-packed smoothies for breakfast and eating gluten-free, nut-free, wheat-free, dairy-free crap.
And, I like to eat Pizza with extra cheese.
